How does Combined Shipping work?
- With Combined Shipping your items continue to be included in the same
order until you pay. This will allow you to get the $1 shipping discount.
You must use our checkout. If you do not,
our system will not be able to combined your items and they will be shipped
separately without the $1 discount. |

Do you accept PayPal? - We
accept PayPal. Please use our Winner's checkout
link to pay by PayPal. If you try and pay directly through PayPal it
will not allow you to do so. |

How do I pay by Credit Card? - To
pay by credit card you can use PayPal or Marketworks secure payment
processing through our check-out link. Both PayPal and our checkout process
accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. |

Do I have to use your checkout link?
- Yes, we ship a high volume of orders each week and the checkout link
allows us to process your order more efficiently and effectively. |

What if my order does not arrive, is lost,
stolen, or damaged? - We guarantee all our orders. If your
order is lost, stolen or damaged, we will ship a replacement order after the
minimum transit time has elapsed (25 days for domestic, 45 days for
international). |

Do I need to wait for an invoice to be sent to
me? - Please follow the "click out" checkout link as provided
to you via email after your auction has ended. Our secure checkout process
will automatically calculated all shipments with shipping costs and it will
automatically supply you with any shipping discounts available. |

How do you ship?
- We use DHL for all of our shipments. All shipments are processed within
one business day of payment receipt and you will be notified of shipment as soon as
it leaves our doors. |

know that we have received your payment and that your package will ship
